Service & warranty

The service for your jacuzzi or swim spa is provided by our own service technicians. Each Sunspa branch employs its own experienced service technicians for this purpose.

In the unlikely event that you experience problems with your jacuzzi, you can contact the showroom where you purchased the jacuzzi at any time.

From the date of installation, we provide a warranty of 5 years on the tub, 2 years on the casing, 2 years on all electrical and technical components such as the pumps, jets, hoses, LEDs, control unit, etc., and 1 year on the heater and ozonator.

The warranty is void when one or more parts are broken due to a malfunction caused as described in the disclaimer below. Please read through it before using the spa.
